Residential Fractionalization

Corte Petrella is the restyling project of the building in 6 Via Petrella, a building participating in the redevelopment of the Buenos Aires neighborhood in Milan along with Le Corti Di Bayres project.

Renovations were carried out on all common parts, and the apartments underwent fractionation into 13 new units on the second and third floors of Corte Petrella.
