A new residential building site called Palazzo Dune has kicked off at 35 Via Lagrange in Turin.
Immogroup’s team, composed of Davide Bonaudo, Fiorella Ciattino and Lorenzo Mancini, is handling the marketing of the project, which involves the construction of a new Class A residential building consisting of 70 units divided between apartments, stores, garages and parking spaces.
The property belongs to Morgana, a Club Deal promoted by Immogroup, which has the Minniti family, builders from Turin, as majority partner.
It will be built by Primula Costruzioni, the same firm that is building the Palazzo Contemporaneo on Corso Stati Uniti.
The urban planning process and architectural design were overseen by the PiGreco firm, architect Fabio Fantolino and engineer Riccardo Alemanno.
The project is scheduled to be delivered by the end of 2024.
Beppe Caruso, CEO of Immogroup: “The entire property, previously occupied by offices, was vacated before the natural deadlines in order to allow the construction of a new building, which will meet the highest architectural standards.
The apartments will be equipped with home automation provided by BiTicino, while heating and cooling will be provided by geothermal energy naturally drawn from the ground, harnessing groundwater to produce heat in the winter and cool in the summer, ensuring significant savings on the
