Immogroup manages the leases of the Toroc building, formerly the headquarters of the organizing committee of the XX Torino 2006 Winter Olympics. Made famous and filmed by televisions around the world at the time, the property, which housed journalists, foreign correspondents, and sports representatives of the various national teams, had been abandoned since 2007.
After a complete restyling activity, the property–the Rho Plus real estate fund–managed by DeA Capital invested several million euros to give the property a new identity, renaming it THE LOGIN. Coordinating the work is Growth Design, a Turin-based asset and project management company.
Immogroup, which acts as Rental Agency, expects the work to be finished by next spring.
The first tenants that have just moved in are two important Turin companies, says Beppe Caruso Ad of Immogroup, Forte Chance, a professional training company accredited by the Piedmont Region. And INFRA.TO, a company owned by the City of Turin, which has as its object the ownership and management of infrastructure as well as the activities of engineering, construction of railway and transportation systems and infrastructure.
